we are now including free of charge a support base unit to help stabilize the feeder in case you have any aggressive puppies! We heard from a few buyers that they had some large / aggressive pups that were shaking the feeder to much during feeding time and causing milk/ formula to splash out.
See the last two photos that show the base unit. Simply screw the 4 legs into the outer holes of the base and it will comfortably hold your feeder. And as I said, these are free to you, we are covering the cost without raising price of the feeder or the shipping!
These feeders can be a real lifesaver if you’re in an emergency situation where the mother cannot feed pups for whatever reason. We’ve also used when mother was overwhelmed with a large litter. Also great to use to top puppies off while they’re waiting for mother or after they’ve just fed off mother - a great way to make sure they are actually consuming milk and not just sucking on a teat that’s maybe not producing enough milk flow. Should work for most any breed, we personally use them for English bulldogs. Of course, if your pup is sickly and doesn’t have the energy to nurse off of mom then it may not be strong enough to nurse off of this feeder, and may need to be tube fed. Sometimes we will have to dab a little bit of milk/formula on the nipples to get a pup interested. I’ve also heard of breeders putting a few drops of karo syrup or nutri-cal on the nipples to help the pups learn to love the nipples.
These are silicone so easily washable. Simply wash off in sink after each feeding. Excellent quality and a softer much more natural feel than a baby bottle rubber nipple. Each and every single nipple is checked for flow and feeder is washed/cleaned/dried before packaging.

Each and every single nipple is tested to ensure proper flow before we clean and package each and every single feeder. I’ve seen several posts about the other teapot style feeders that are now on the market that have had some random high flow issues which can lead to aspiration in pups. Know that all of our feeders have the same light flow to be extra safe.
I’ve had breeders ask how to make sure the nipples are flowing properly and not blocked with milk/formula. When we are using them here at home with our puppies I fill them with water after washing them and simply blow into each nipple. You should hear/see faint bubbling. Make sure when washing you squeeze and pull on each nipple to ensure cleanliness. And never try to enlarge a nipples hole, this could lead to risk of aspiration.
Any and all breeders should have at least one of these on hand, don’t regret it later once it’s to late.
Yes we’ve been made aware that there are now Chinese knockoffs of these feeders being marketed. All we can say is when it comes to the lives of our puppies we probably shouldn’t be trying to save a few bucks on a sketchy feeder. I have had some emails from people that have bought the Chinese knockoffs asking me what to do if all of the nipples don’t work and I have no answer. Worse even is seeing some videos of these low quality feeders that are literally pouring milk out of the nipples which is way way to much flow and seems very unsafe! As mentioned up above , ALL of our nipples are checked prior to shipping for proper flow by either myself or my wife.
