This item has had light normal use and is in good vintage condition. I believe the ribbons were replaced at some time. Item has light soiling above one eye and the eyes have some marks. The tag is in excellent condition. I could not detect any rips or pulled threads.

Doll measures approximately 16" tall from toe to ear, 11" tall while sitting x about 5" wide.
Ears measure about 9-1/2" across, face about 5" cheek to cheek and body measures about 4-1/2" across.
